Delivery explained

Orders are generally despatched by courier within 2-5 working days. We will email you when your order has been despatched so you know to expect delivery the following day.

Courier delivery service will require a signature, so if you expect to be out when the delivery is due, please advise us of an alternative address to which the package can be delivered. Be sure to include your daytime telephone number, preferably a mobile number, with all orders.
The courier company will attempt delivery twice only, so please be sure to give us a delivery address where somebody can sign for it during daytime hours. This can be home, work or a neighbour. A third attempt to deliver will result in a further delivery charge by the courier company and may result in your order being returned to us.

Courier Delivery Costs:

- Orders over €100 will be shipped free of charge around Ireland
- Ireland (including Northern Ireland): €5.95 for orders less than €100
- United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland): €12.00 for orders up to 1Kg and €19.95 for orders from 1-30Kg.
- Rest of the World: €19.95 per parcel up to 2Kg / approx 4.4Lb each. Due to security restrictions, we regret that we cannot send any liquids by post to the rest of the world.

If you have a specific request to have your order sent by post instead of courier, please let us know by email to orders@econatural.ie. We will get back to you within 24 hours by email with a quote for post and packing, which will depend on the size and weight of your order. We must point out that, since this method of delivery is not traceable, we cannot be held responsible if the order does not actually reach its destination. Also, post can work out quite expensive for packed orders weighing more than 1-2Kg.

We only charge your credit / debit card for the goods when all, or the vast majority of your order has been dispatched.
