Since January 2011, we now offer most of our products in bulk sizes and full cases only.  A small few single products will continue to be available, e.g. Lilly's Eco Cleaning products and of course, all our Eczema Clothing and eczema products.

We no longer hold stock of most products.  We will order in specially for you, as and when you order from us. Therefore, deliveries can take up to approx 5 working days to reach you. So, please do keep this in mind when placing your order with us.

We have chosen this new business model so that we can offer our customers a much larger variety of products, including a huge range of gluten free and dairy free health foods which we are currently uploading to the site.  It is also aimed at providing better value for our customers.

Courier Delivery Costs:
-  Ireland (including Northern Ireland): €5.95.
-  United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland): €19.95 per parcel up to 30Kg each.
-  Rest of the World: €19.95 per parcel up to 2Kg / approx 4.4Lb each. Due to security restrictions, we regret that we cannot send any liquids by post to the rest of the world.
-  Orders over €100 in value will be shipped free of charge around Ireland. (This does not apply to wholesale orders.)

Please Note:
Courier delivery service will require a signature, so if you expect to be out when the delivery is due, please advise us of an alternative address to which the package can be delivered. Be sure to include your daytime telephone number, preferably a mobile number, with all orders.
The courier company will attempt delivery twice only, so please be sure to give us a delivery address where somebody can sign for it during daytime hours.  This can be home, work or a neighbour.  A third attempt to deliver will result in a further delivery charge by the courier company and may result in your order being returned to us.

If you have a specific request to have your order sent by post instead of courier, please let us know in the "Other Information" box during your ordering process. We will get back to you within 24 hours by email with a quote for post and packing, which will depend on the size and weight of your order. We must point out that, since this method of delivery is not traceable, we cannot be held responsible if the order does not actually reach its destination. Also, post can work out quite expensive for packed orders weighing more than 1-2Kg.

We only charge your credit / debit card for the goods when all, or the vast majority of your order has been dispatched.
