Placing an Order

Placing an order could not be easier. Just browse our website, click on any items that you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. You can view your shopping cart at any time at the right hand side of your screen.

After you have finished your selection, click on the "Checkout" button. At this point you can easily make any quantity adjustments you need to make. Just change the quantity to what you would like and click on the "Update Quantities" button.

Here you will also be asked to input your payment details, delivery address and contact details to complete the order. If you have a mobile phone, please be sure to include the number at this point.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Laser, Delta, Maestro and Electron cards.

Once you have placed your order, a page will be displayed containing your order confirmation number. Please print this page or take note of the number for your records.
If you have provided us with an email address you will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. Your invoice will be sent to you with your order.

Delivery

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours, Monday to Friday, and are sent by courier.

Courier Delivery Costs:
• Ireland (including Northern Ireland): €5.95.
• Orders over €100 in value will be shipped free of charge around Ireland. (This does not apply to wholesale orders.)
• For delivery to the U.K., other parts of Europe and Rest of the World, please email us at info@econatural.ie for a direct shipping quote and delivery times.

Allow 1-2 working days for deliveries around Ireland (although in the majority of cases, we get the orders to you within 24 hours).
 

The delivery service may require a signature, so if you expect to be out when the delivery is due, please advise us of an alternative address to which the package can be delivered. Be sure to include your daytime telephone number, preferably a mobile number, with all orders.

If you have a specific request to have your order sent by post instead of courier, please let us know in the "Other Information" box during your ordering process. We will get back to you within 24 hours by email with a quote for post and packing. The cost of postal delivery very much depends on the size and weight of your order. We must point out that, since this method of delivery is not traceable, we cannot be held responsible if the order does not actually reach its destination.

Back Orders

Occasionally, products may be out of stock, in which case your order will either be part-shipped, including advice on when the rest of the order will be dispatched, or we will inform you that your order is being held until a date when the remaining stock is due to arrive.

We only charge your credit / debit card for the goods when all, or the vast majority of your order has been dispatched. You will only be charged once for delivery.

Returns Policy

We really want you to be satisfied with the quality of our goods, but if anything does not meet with your satisfaction, please inform us by email to info@econatural.ie within 48 hours of receipt, and return the items within 14 days for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. Returned items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. We regret that we can only accept returns of food or drink items if they have been received damaged or faulty in some way.

If for any reason the goods you receive are not those ordered or are faulty or damaged in some way, please e-mail us within 48 hours of your receipt, and return them unused and in their original packing within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund.

Postage will be reimbursed, and your exchange goods will be shipped free of charge, where an error has been made on Econatural's part, or if the goods happen to arrive damaged.

Because of the nature of our Eczema Clothing and its uses, we regret that we cannot accept any returns of this product. Please be sure to take accurate measurements prior to placing your order. You will find size information in the Eczema Clothing section. Please don't hesitate to contact us by phone or by email if you have any other questions.

Gifts

Any of the products you see on our website can be boxed or wrapped to make the perfect gift. This gift-wrapping service is free of charge.

Gift tokens can also be purchased for any amount from €10 upwards and do not have an expiry date.

All prices are subject to change, are quoted in Euro and are inclusive of VAT at 21% where applicable.

Econatural will not divulge any information we receive from customers to anyone. We will not rent, sell or give your name, email or credit card information or purchase history to any other company, agency or individual.

Security

Econatural understands that our customers are concerned about the security of their personal, debit and credit card details. We take significant steps to protect all your information, especially your payment details, using the latest technology. All of your transactions are secure. Your personal information (including name, address and credit card number) is encrypted by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software onto a secure server so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

Product Information

Although our products are made from natural ingredients, it may still be possible for a person to develop an allergic reaction to one or more of those ingredients.

Always check the details on the packaging before using. Please contact your own doctor directly if you suspect that you may be allergic to any of the ingredients.

We recommend that you carry out a patch test for 24 hours prior to using any product you are not fully familiar with.

Product information and ingredients listed are correct at the time of publication. This information is subject to change by the manufacturer at any time. We therefore advise that our customers check all ingredients and information on product packaging before use.

Environmentally Friendly Packaging

Econatural works hard to reduce waste in packaging, ensuring that all packaging material and stationery used is made from recycled or biodegradable resources and can in turn be recycled or composted. Where we use plastic packaging, e.g. bubble wrap, we are recycling this by re-using packaging we ourselves have received.
